- Zafu Meditation Cushion (Round) provides ample support and is meant to help improve posture while seated by taking pressure off of the ankles, knees, and back.
- Zabuton Meditation Cushion (Rectangular) is softer and is meant to provide more comfort while meditating.
- Use them together: stack the Zafu on top of the Zabuton for maximum comfort and support.
- Made in the USA.
- Materials: The cover is organic cotton, the liner is conventional cotton, the batting is 85/15 cotton/poly blend in the Zabuton, and Zafu filling is a standard buckwheat hull.
