Shipping & Return Policies
If you have an issue with any of our products we encourage you to contact us immediately. It is JadeYoga’s policy that every customer should be treated with dignity and respect and every attempt should be made to satisfy our customers. We take pride in the products that we represent and we will work to ensure your satisfaction.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, retail mats purchased online at www.jadeyoga.com can be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped. Please read below to see our return and exchange policies in depth.
Please be advised that our return policy does not cover damage caused by sun exposure, improper use (this includes improper cleaning with harsh chemicals or strong essential oils), or accidents or specially priced teacher mats. If you believe your mat falls within this category and you would still like to discuss returning it, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to assist you. We’ll always do our best to take care of our customers, as our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably; in return we do hope that they will be fair and reasonable with us as well. Please also understand that our warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers (see below).
Jade products have the following warranty periods:
Jade Voyager, Travel, Harmony and Fusion Mats: 1 year for wear and manufacturing defects (please note warranty is void and does not cover damage caused UV exposure from the sun or UV cleaners or essential oils)
Jade Elite Mats: 2 years for wear and manufacturing defects (please note warranty is void and does not cover damage caused UV exposure from the sun or UV cleaners or essential oils)
Jade Level 1 Mats, studio mats and towels: 6 months for wear and manufacturing defects (please note warranty is void and does not cover damage caused UV exposure from the sun or UV cleaners or essential oils)
Jade Blocks, straps and bags: 5 years for wear and other manufacturing defects.
Please avoid purchasing Jade products from unauthorized resellers as our warranties will not apply to these purchases. Your best bet to avoid unauthorized resellers is to purchase from your local yoga studio or brick and mortar store. Return/Exchange Processing: Products Purchased at www.jadeyoga.com
If you purchased your mat at www.jadeyoga.com, simply click here for a return form and return label for mats purchased online within the last 30 days. Please allow 15 days for processing of your return.
Returns must be accompanied by your original proof of purchase (packing slip or order confirmation) along with instructions whether you are requesting a refund or exchange (and if you are requesting an exchange, please let us know what you would like to exchange your mat for).
We recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Jade is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back by the customer at their expense.
Return/Exchange Processing: Products Not Purchased at www.jadeyoga.com
If the mat wasn’t bought directly from us, you’ll have to contact the store from which you purchased your mat, as your mat will be subject to the return/exchange policy of the company you bought your mat from (example- mats purchased on Amazon will be subject to Amazon’s return policy). If you have trouble making a return through your original seller, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you.
Return Processing: Products over 30 days old
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship (this does not include damage caused by sun exposure, improper use, or accidents), or it has premature wear, Jade will replace it up to one year following the purchase. To initiate a replacement, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with a proof of purchase and photograph showing the defect or wear to obtain a Return Authorization Number, and we will promptly assist you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept mats returned without a Return Authorization Number.
We offer free shipping on retail orders over $65 shipping within the US. Retail and most wholesale orders will ship within 1-2 business days (inventory permitting). Unless you request otherwise, we generally ship by UPS, USPS or FedEx ground which usually provides the best rates. Because retail orders ship from Pennsylvania, most orders placed with regular ground shipping within the continental US will reach you within 3-6 business days. Please note that FedEx & UPS shipping times count business days and do not normally count or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays, so if you place an order on the Friday before a holiday weekend, you may not receive your order until the following Tuesday even if you choose overnight shipping.

Please be aware that shipments from the US to outside the US may take 4-6 weeks for delivery and may incur additional tax and import fees.
