Absolutely my fave yoga mat! The grip is outstanding especially for arm balances! Light enough to take anywhere but thick enough for knee poses and shoulderstands.

I love it. It does get dirtier than my other mat so I try to wipe it down more often. It helps my feet have a firm grip.
